Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Miró Torres S.L.. We offer this website, including all information, to you, “the user”, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Amendment of the conditions
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Any new features which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. These prices are subject to change without notice.
Value Added Tax (VAT) (Impuesto sobre el valor añadido – IVA) is an indirect and general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It is borne ultimately by the final consumer and is charged as a percentage of the price. Every consumer in Spain must pay it.
The VAT (IVA) is not applicable in the Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
When placing an order you may use the following payment methods:
- MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. Payment via credit card is completely safe. The transaction is sent in encrypted form through a bank account validation server, using the encryption protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), therefore, your credit card number and date of expiration will be instantly encrypted in your computer before being sent to the SSL protocol.
- Deposit or transfer. You can make a cash diposit at any Banc Sabadell office or via bank transfer to our Banc Sabadell account.
There are 3 availability estimate definitions:
- In stock: The item is on hand in our wharehouse and is expected to be prepared for shippment. You may see a estimate number of product availability.
- Available on backorder: This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. The item will be ordered from a nearby distributor and is expected to be prepared for shipment within 1-2 weeks.
- Out of stock: This item is currently not available for ordering, and it may not be in stock again.
We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but sometimes we do not succed. We try to update as soon as we find out there is going to be a problem with what is showing available and what we have on hand in reality but sometimes we aren’t as fast as our customers purchasing. So if we cannot fulfill an order we will contact you immediately to offer some options. You may cancel and refund the whole order, some part it or wait, if possible, for the item availability. We truly apologize and hope that it never happens.
The product purchasing will be done through the activation of the “PLACE ORDER” button, which appears at the bottom of the purchase order page, and expresses the total acceptation of each and every one of the Terms of Service Conditions, as shown at the website of KILOtela prior to the acquisition of the products. From the moment of acceptance, the user becomes a KILOtela Client, as described in our policies and conditions.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with the necessary information for shipment tracking, through the logistics company website.
You can email and ask to cancel but please know that if it is already cut and packaged the answer will be no. We can at that point offer a refund but a restocking fee of 10% will apply as we now have loose yardage and that cost covers the amount of time it takes us to alter our inventory and process the refund for you.
I. Delivery of the Product
We sell and delivery in Spain, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For any other country, please contact us via e-mail.
Please make sure your address is up to date.
II. Delivery Time
We try to serve during the 2-3 following working days of the completion of the order or payment confirmation. Please note that delivery time is always an estimation. From time to time due to circumstances out of our control, it might take a bit longer, but no more than 7 working days.
III. Returned and misdelivered packages
Returned packages or misdelivered packages due to change of address will result in additional shipping fees should it need to be resent.
Shipping costs for wrong address will unfortunately not be refunded. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong or nondeliverable address and additional fees are imposed on us by Tourline that cost will be taken out of any potential refund or reshipment.
IV. Check on delivery
The client should inspect the packages immediately upon receipt of the goods and notify us within the next 1 business day of any damage and/or discrepancies. No claim from the client is acceptable beyond a one day delay after the delivery date of the product.
Return & refund policy
Our aim is your complete satisfaction. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or products within maximum 7 days from the date of the receipt. Please, notice that you should fullfill the following conditions:
- ***All cut fabric yardage are final sale. Returns will not be accepted***.
- Products must be in new, unused and uncut (fabric) condition and remain in its original packaging, including the original receipt.
- Contact us PRIOR to sending it back. We will only accept returns managed by us.
Shipping return charges are non-refundable. If the cause of the devolution is because you are not satisfied we will send you the money back subtracting the return expenses.
Refunds are processed within 30 business days from the item(s) being returned to our facility. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
For any dispute arising from the website or the activities carried out in it, the Spanish legislation will apply and, in case of conflict, both parties must submit, renouncing to any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Igualada (Spain).
